Tell us about you
Upon submitting the Parent Registration Form, we will review your requirements and arrange a consultation call to better understand your family’s needs.
To formally begin the process and activate sourcing, a one-off family registration fee of £120 applies. This allows us to create your family profile and begin identifying suitable candidates within our network.

We will draw on our network to identify the candidates with the best fit and present you with a personalized selection specific to your requirements.

Meeting your perfect match
You decide who you'd like to interview, trial and ultimately hire. We coordinate all arrangements and assist you throughout the whole process.

After placement
We remain by your side once you have decided upon the right nanny, providing support following placement if needed.

All our Nannies must possess the following:
✔️Right to work in the UK
✔️Minimum of 3 years experience working as a private nanny
✔️Excellent childcare references
✔️Longevity in previous roles and ability to commit for at least a year
✔️Enhanced DBS with the update service if required
✔️Pediatric First Aid Certification
✔️Good communication skills
Ongoing Family Support
At Nest & Kin, we offer continued support for families who value consistency and a trusted point of contact for their childcare needs.
This includes ongoing guidance, support with transitions, and priority access to additional childcare when needed.
We work with a limited number of families to ensure a highly personalised and responsive service.
